  • Can I add an image, video or GIF to my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media, follow these steps: 1. Go to Application Settings 2. Click on “Manage FAQ” 3. Create or select the question you want to add media to 4. When editing your answer, click the video, image, or GIF icon 5. Add the media from your library then save
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Change the email address linked to my tergel account
    If you want to change the email address of your ter[g]el account, just go to my account and change the email address.
  • I can't log in to my ter[g]el account.
    If you are unable to log in, we invite you to change your password.
  • How to change my password
    To change your password - Click on the space to connect at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile. -Click on "forgot password", -You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
  • Manage my delivery addresses
    You can save your address so you don't have to enter it every time you order. if you save more than one address, you can set one as default To edit an address, go to the my addresses page in your account and click on edit. To delete an address, go to the my addresses page in your account and click delete.

  • What are the delivery costs and times?
    Metropolitan France: Delivery offered by Colissimo. Delays 3 to 5 working days after shipment. For the following countries: Belgium Germany Spain Italy Netherlands Sweden Finland Austria Delivery charge of 8 € Delays 3 to 8 working days after shipment. For the following countries: Great Britain Norway Switzerland Delivery charge of €15 Delays 3 to 8 working days after shipment.   • How to make a return ?
    For Metropolitan France: you have 14 days after receipt to make your return request. ​ To make your return request, simply fill out the form contact indicating your order number. ​ Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a "return note". All you have to do is go to the nearest post office, the return will be by Colissimo.
